Cancellation policy

By placing an order with TDX, you agree to the following purchase and cancellation terms. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact TDX as soon as possible after your purchase.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that your order has been canceled. An order is considered canceled only after TDX confirms the cancellation.

PERSONAL DISPUTES & SOCIAL MEDIA

TDX business transactions are separate from personal relationships, social media activity, and interactions involving individuals affiliated with the brand.

Personal disagreements, disputes, conflicts, changes in personal relationships, social media interactions, blocking or unfollowing on social media, or other personal matters involving TDX owners, employees, representatives, ambassadors, models, affiliates, contractors, or other individuals associated with TDX do not automatically constitute valid grounds for canceling an otherwise valid order.

Orders remain subject to the same cancellation, return, and refund policies regardless of a customer's personal relationship or social media interactions with individuals associated with TDX.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, dispute, or other rights that a customer may have under applicable law.

CHANGE OF MIND

A change of mind after placing an order does not guarantee cancellation.

Customers should carefully review their selected products, sizes, colors, quantities, shipping information, and payment information before submitting an order.

If TDX is able to approve a cancellation before the order enters processing or fulfillment, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

ORDER CHANGES

Requests to change a product, size, color, quantity, or shipping address are not guaranteed after an order has been submitted.

If an order can no longer be modified, the customer remains responsible for the original order.

TDX does not offer exchanges. Please review all sizing information and product details before completing your purchase.

TDX-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

TDX reserves the right to cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment or fraud concerns
Incomplete or invalid order information
Inability to fulfill or deliver an order
Suspected misuse of the TDX website or purchasing system

If TDX cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will generally be refunded to the original payment method.

PAYMENT & PURCHASE AUTHORIZATION

By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

TDX reserves the right to review an order before fulfillment.

PROMOTIONAL & DISCOUNT PURCHASES

Discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

TDX is not required to retroactively apply a discount or promotional code after an order has been submitted.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other conditions.

LIMITED & SPECIAL RELEASES

Certain TDX collections, limited releases, promotional products, or special items may have additional purchase restrictions or may be designated Final Sale.

Any additional restrictions will be disclosed on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Availability of a product at the time an order is placed does not guarantee that the same product, size, or color will remain available for a future purchase.

REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION

When TDX approves a cancellation that requires a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to the customer's account after TDX issues it.

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy should be read together with the TDX Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

If a cancellation is no longer available, any subsequent return or refund request will be governed by the applicable TDX Return & Refund Policy.
